• Deliver adaptive triathlon training plans tailored to your fitness level and goals.
• Sync workouts and training plans with your Garmin Connect account.

• Maintain and improve our application’s reliability and user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for advertising or marketing.

3. Garmin Connect Integration
Trifecta integrates with Garmin Connect using Garmin’s official APIs.
Access to your Garmin data occurs only after you grant explicit permission during the connection process.
The connection allows Trifecta to:
1. Retrieve your Garmin activity and health data for performance analysis.
2. Publish your planned workouts or training plans to Garmin Connect so they appear on your device.
All Garmin data is processed solely for these purposes and in accordance with Garmin’s API Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
